Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in Silver Spring, Maryland. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure our patients receive the highest quality care while overseeing compliance, clinical performance, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all clinical operations for the Silver Spring location

• Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff to ensure high standards of patient care

• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations

• Coordinate with physicians, referral sources, patients, and families

• Monitor documentation practices and ensure accuracy and timeliness within the EMR system

• Facilitate case conferences and quality assurance initiatives

• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations for nursing staff

• Maintain infection control standards and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland

• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of home health care experience in a leadership or supervisory role

• Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and home health clinical standards

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with EMR systems and home health documentation requirements
