Capable clinician with responsibilities for direct patient care and leadership on the unit, while contributing to nursing quality initiatives and patient experience improvements.

Requires Georgia RN license and ADN or Diploma; minimum 1 year RN experience preferred; shifts are 12 hours (Evening - Morning) and clinical leadership development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• ADN or Diploma required
• At least 1 year of RN experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift.
• Participate in Nursing Quality Teams and unit councils.
• Lead on unit activities as appropriate and mentor colleagues.
• Utilize nursing process to meet patient needs and outcomes
