Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Georgia is seeking a clinical RN to join our interdisciplinary care team. This 12-hour evening/morning shift role focuses on safe patient care, quality outcomes and developing leadership skills within the unit as part of a collaborative nursing team.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or Diploma (BSN preferred), active Georgia RN licensure, and at least 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Transformational leadership and charge nurse duties.
• Participates in NGMC committees/councils and unit governance.
• Deliver safe, effective patient care based on nursing process.
