The RN provides leadership and comprehensive nursing care, guiding a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes patient safety, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional development in a Magnet-designated system.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• CPR certification required.
• Background clearances: Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 FBI fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Mentors and supports team to ensure patient care quality.
• Assigns or delegates tasks based on patient needs and staff skills.
• Maintains safety by considering environment and patient condition.
