Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Preferred: Certification in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Mentors and collaborates with team to support patient care.
• Assigns tasks based on patient needs and staff capabilities, including charge responsibilities.
• Maintains safe patient environments and monitors condition changes.
• Communicates with physicians and team; documents care and outcomes.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team to evaluate care and health services.
• Engages in patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities.
• Supports professional development and lifelong learning.
