Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Indiana. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patients, and supervise CNAs within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Ideal candidates will have an accredited LPN program, active LPN/LVN license in Indiana, CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited LPN program.
• Current active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality nursing care to patients on an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis.
• Deliver care in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
