Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associates Degree required.
• One year of experience as a professional RN; new graduates referred to RN Residency Program.
• Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred.
• National certification in clinical specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates basic assessment skills.
• Documents nursing process using the electronic medical record.
• Coordinates care for assigned patients and prepares for discharge.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care and unit governance.
• Contributes to safety culture and patient experience.
