Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia (active licensure)
• New graduate RN or 1 year experience; RN Residency ProgramReferral considered for new grads
• Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per nursing process
• Accurately document care in EMR
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans of care
• Ensure compliance with DNV standards and unit polices
• Educate patients and families; engage in shared governance initiatives
