Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• New graduates eligible for RN Residency Program; one year experience recommended.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates basic assessment and medication administration rights; documents nursing process.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary care and discharge planning; promotes safety.
• Communicates with patients and families; provides education.
• Participates in PI processes and unit governance; supports shared governance.
