The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job: Education and Formal Training: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or master’s degree in other health related field preferred Current Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina required Nursing certification preferred
Work Experience: 3 years specialty-specific nursing experience preferred
The ideal candidate will be assisting our full-time Clinical Educator on a per diem basis. This is a non-exempt role.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills Verbal and written skills required Demonstrated effective organizational, teaching and leadership skills
Verbal abilities for making presentations Long periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting Position may involve skin, eye, mucous membrane or parenteral contact with blood or other potentially infectious material Visual/auditory acuity needed Must be able to lift 35 pounds
