Job summary

CoxHealth in Missouri seeks a Med-Surg Educator and Patient Experience Educator to enhance clinical performance through both didactic and hands‑on training. You will support staff development, guide the patient care team, and ensure care aligns with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Required: Bachelor’s in Nursing and at least 2 years nursing experience with active MO RN license. Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.
