Job summary

Medical Office Force, LLC is seeking a full-time night shift Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high‑quality care across diverse populations under leadership of the Nurse Director/Manager.

You will assess needs, plan and revise care with a focus on patient outcomes, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN Licensure.
• Associate’s degree in nursing.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU; Oncology certification for post-surgery care.
• All certifications completed within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs, develop and prioritize care goals, and continuously evaluate and revise care plans.
