Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking an RN for the Acute Care Medical Cleveland Heights Inpatient Unit. The role focuses on caring for acutely ill medical patients in a 12-bed unit, with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

You will work with LPNs, PCNAs, providers, and inter-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. The unit offers opportunities for new grads and experienced RNs, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualifying experience and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire

Primary Patient Population

• Acutely ill medical patients

• Excellent unit for both new grads and experienced RNs

Personnel RN Will Work With

• LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers, PT/OT, Speech Therapy
