The Elliot Health System’s Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit (CICU) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts (7p-7a), 12-hour shifts, 36 hours weekly. Join a 47-bed unit specializing in cardiac/telemetry with strong teamwork and patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in NH, ACLS/BLS, and 1+ year in acute care; BSN preferred. We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 student loan assistance, tuition reimbursement, and a bridge program to critical care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in NH or multi-state required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to CICU patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with families and the care team for goal setting and care planning.
• Demonstrate clinical decision making and prioritization in a high-acuity unit.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient safety during rapid changes in condition.

(Paid in 3, 6, and 12 months)$20,000 in Student loan reimbursement for all Nurses!Bridge Program to critical care!Who We Are:The Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit (CICU) is a 47-bed unit with an average census of 46-47 patients. We have 149 employees on the unit, and we specialize in cardiac/telemetry, S/P catheter, pacer, ICD, stroke & seizure, GI bleed, sepsis, and med/surg overflow. The CICU has Nurse to patient ratios of 1:4 and LNA to patient ratios of 1:10 depending on the census.About the Job:The CICU Registered Nurse delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families.
