Signature HealthCARE Monteagle Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care in a 150-bed skilled facility, supervise nursing assistants, manage medications, and develop patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience, preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role, preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Monitor and observe residents’ status and report changes.
• Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy and procedure.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in QA activities and staff education.
