Job summary

You will participate in evidence-based practice, patient education, and performance improvement efforts, while upholding care standards and voice of the patient across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required.
• RN license in Georgia and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process with evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Delivers patient-centered care in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and coordinates care.
• Documents promptly and accurately to support safety and quality.
