Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group in Skokie, IL. This full-time role involves centralized triage, nursing care under physicians, and management of phone triage, test results, refills, and prior authorizations.
You will use Epic EMR to chart and communicate plans of care, review patient messages, and coordinate care with the office team. A valid IL nursing license and BLS/CPR are required, with BSN strongly preferred and at least 1 year of office or hospital
Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL is required.
- NLN-accredited nursing program is required; BSN strongly preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care under direction of Practice Manager and Physicians.
- Handle phone triage, test results, med refills, prior authorizations, and convey plans of care to patients.
- Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
- Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.
