The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 24-hour Day position at New Britain. You will care for patients in a high-acuity setting, with a focus on using evidence-based practices and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The Nurse Residency program is automatic for recent grads, with tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, EAP, PTO and comprehensive health benefits, plus free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for complex patient populations.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
