Job summary

Lifepoint Health® seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Cardiac Catheterization Labs at North Alabama Medical Center. In this PRN role, you will provide crucial nursing care, assist during cardiac procedures, and monitor patient conditions.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Catheterization Labs (Cath Lab) – PRN

North Alabama Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, you will help make communities healthier.

Cath Lab Unit

North Alabama Medical Center features four Cardiac Catheterization Labs, one dedicated to electrophysiology studies. The cath lab provides services for 13 cardiologists, two vascular surgeons, and one interventional radiologist. It diagnoses and treats cardiovascular disease, performs dye tests on patients’ hearts and vessels, and uses balloons and stents to treat blockages. It is the only interventional cath lab within 75 miles of Florence capable of treating heart‑attack patients.

How You’ll Contribute

• Initiate and continue nursing care before, during, and after the cardiac procedure.

What We’re Looking For

• Current state RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
