Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab team in Worcester, MA. The role focuses on pre/post cardiac cath recovery, monitoring, and rapid response to emergencies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of RN experience, MA license, ACLS/BLS, and EPIC familiarity. It is a 13-week contract with day shifts and options for local or travel assignments.

Compensation includes weekly pay up to $2,800 gross with benefits from day one, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience required; 2–3 years preferred.
• Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
• Pre/Post procedural experience preferred
• Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
• 4:1 patient ratio
• Monday–Friday schedule
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a pre/post cardiac cath recovery setting
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Perform cardiac monitoring and manage dysrhythmias
• Manage IVs, central lines, and arterial lines
• Perform sheath removal and TR Band management
• Provide respiratory care and oxygen support
• Manage heparin and cardiac drips
• Respond to STEMI/emergency situations

Rate: Up to $2800.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Shift: 8-Hour Days | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Contract: 13 weeks | Local & Travel Accepted
