Job summary

Ascension Sacred Heart Bay in Panama City, FL seeks an experienced RN for the Invasive Cardiology department on day shift with on-call requirements.

Responsibilities include assessing, preparing and positioning patients for procedures; performing conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as needed; communicating patient status to physicians; and assisting with diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire date required; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.

• Communicate patient's condition to physician before, during and after procedures.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
