Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cath Lab at our Denville location. This full-time role offers day shifts with 10-hour hours and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

The RN will provide direct patient care for adult and geriatric patients, monitor hemodynamic data, collaborate with physicians, and participate in performance improvement activities within the cardiovascular laboratory environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active state RN license; required.
• Current BCLS (AHA); ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current; required.
• One year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area; required.

• Communicates with physician about patient condition; assists with equipment and inventory.
• Assesses room/equipment readiness for procedures in the cardiovascular lab.
• Obtains supplies for cases and supports Cardiovascular Laboratory team.
• Monitors physiologic and hemodynamic data during procedures and records patient status.
• Participates in quality improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment.
• Communicates with physician continuously and as needed about patient condition. Assists with the maintenance of equipment and inventory.
• Assesses procedure room or equipment functioning and readiness.
• Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the Cardiovascular Laboratory team are met.
• Monitors physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab.
• Monitors and records patients condition continuously while in the Cardiovascular lab.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN); preferred.2. Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required.3. Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current; required.4. One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area; required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $44.56 to $55.71.
