Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers to support workers’ compensation cases in the Houston area. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with hybrid field-based work combining local travel and remote documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation field case management experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
• Reliable transportation for local travel throughout Houston and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and treatment plans for injured workers.
• Attend medical appointments and monitor treatment progress.
• Communicate with providers, employers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
• Prepare case management reports and documentation.
• Support return-to-work planning and coordinate evaluations as needed.
