Job summary

The IMA Group seeks a Bilingual Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate workers' compensation care for injured workers in the Denver, CO area. This 1099 independent contractor role blends field duties with hybrid documentation and travel requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating treatment plans, monitoring progress, and planning return-to-work outcomes while liaising with providers, employers, adjusters, and attorneys. RN license and bilingual skills required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Active Colorado RN license.
• 3+ years of workers' compensation field case management experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with electronic documentation systems.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Denver area.
• Professional liability insurance, or ability to obtain it.
• CCM, CRRN, or related certification preferred.

The Role
