Job summary

St. Francis Hospice in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse / Case Manager to join our team. The RN implements and coordinates hospice clinical services with a focus on comfort, dignity and quality of life.

The role requires an ADN with BSN preferred and an active Florida RN license; hospice/home health experience is preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

St. Francis Hospice (SFH) is growing, and we need a Registered Nurse / Case Manager to join our team. SFH is a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services throughout our community.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the planning, implementation, coordination, and delivery of clinical services to hospice patients and their families. The RN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License required. Hospice, home health, palliative care, or related experience preferred.
