Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-focused care across units in Wisconsin. You will apply evidence-based practices, engage with patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.

You will use the nursing process to assess and plan care, monitor patient status, and document accurately in the EHR. Opportunities for professional growth and adherence to nursing ethics are highlighted.

Competenze

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license to practice in Wisconsin; BLS required.
• BSN preferred for this role to support clinical practice.
• Experience with evidence-based practice is a plus.
