Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a dedicated RN to collaborate with clinic teams to deliver patient-centered care and ensure patients stay current with care plans and health goals. The role emphasizes high-risk and medically complex patient populations, care transitions, and liaison with families and external agencies.

You will facilitate communication, uphold safety and infection control standards, and stay current on clinical programs and processes to support comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with triage in clinic, physician office, or urgent care.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to educate patients and families about disease and care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Knowledge of triage procedures along with clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
• Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.
• Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families as to the nature of disease and to provide instruction on proper care and treatment.
• Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
