Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from CCNE/ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Knowledge of triage procedures with clinic/urgent care experience.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
• Knowledge of administration of medications and patient care aids.
• Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and families about disease and treatment.
• Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Demonstrated poise and diplomacy under pressure.
• Analytical ability and critical thinking to interpret data and develop solutions.
