Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse by assessing patient needs, implementing individualized care plans, and promoting safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
Coordinate patient care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team while documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Assess patient conditions, communicate clinical changes promptly, and carry out physician and nursing orders to support patient safety and quality improvement.
Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate discharge planning, ensure continuity of care, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
