McLeod Health is seeking a registered nurse to assess patient needs through comprehensive data collection and implement age-appropriate nursing interventions in alignment with the care plan and standards of practice.
The role includes fostering compassionate care for patients and families, ensuring safety, contributing to nursing quality indicators, and mentoring junior staff, with opportunities to float to other units as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
