Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Cardiac PCU on the night shift, full-time. You will lead nursing care, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor patient status in real time, and ensure precise documentation to support optimal outcomes.

Minimum BLS certification and Maryland RN license are required, with at least 1 year of acute care experience preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification from the AHA obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Maryland Board of Nursing RN license or multi-state Compact license recognized by Maryland obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Certified BLS Provider specializing in Health Service Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Or military CPR-First Aid training.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing at date of hire required.

• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience required
