Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our Burn Unit. We are Minnesota’s first verified Burn Center with 18 beds offering care to adults and children with burns and related injuries in a Level I Trauma Center.
The Nursing Practice Model emphasizes patient- and family-centered care. You will be supported by our Shared Governance and Transition to Regions Hospital Practice residency; new hires are enrolled in the nurse residency program.
Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Registered Nurse to join our Burn Unit and make a difference for our patients and our community.
We are Minnesota’s first verified Burn Center and have 18 beds; 8 are designated as critical care and 10 as non-critical. The Burn Center offers critical care and burn management to both adults & pediatric patients with thermal, electrical, radiation and chemical injuries Patients with frostbite, limb reattachments, necrotizing soft tissue infections, and other acute dermatological conditions are also cared for on this unit. The nursing staff is trained to operate all critical care and hemodynamic monitor equipment.

As a nursing professional you will be empowered to manage your clinical practice and working environment through our Shared Governance Model, which focuses on evidence-based nursing practice. Regions Hospital supports nurses with an individualized orientation including Transition to Regions Hospital Practice program which is a nurse residency structured program to support learning, role transition, and retention of nurses. 0.75 Nights. All 12 hour shifts; every 3rd weekend rotation.
