Job summary

Cox Medical Center Branson in Branson, MO is seeking a Night Shift Critical Care RN to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Step Down/Progressive Care unit. You’ll monitor patients, administer therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes.

Requires Missouri RN license, BLS, ACLS within one year, and strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Sign-on bonus available and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license active in Missouri.
• BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS must be obtained within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized care to acutely and critically ill patients in a Step Down/Progressive Care unit.
• Monitor patients and interpret equipment data; manage therapies (BiPAP, Infusions, etc.).
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes.

They assess the patient’s condition, perform diagnostic tests, begin treatments and assist doctors with any required medical procedures.
