Job summary

CoxHealth Branson is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift in the Step Down/Progressive Care Unit. You will care for higher-acuity patients in a 1:4–5 nurse-to-patient ratio, delivering specialized care in a collaborative team setting.

Branson Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit offers an exciting opportunity to care for a diverse population of higher-acuity patients in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Similar to a cardiac/neuro telemetry unit, our nurses provide specialized care while maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4–5, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and exceptional care. Our tiered acuity model gives nurses the opportunity to build advanced clinical skills by caring for patients requiring therapies such as BiPAP, Optiflow, cardiac infusions, and insulin drips.
