Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Staff Nurse Inpatient who will provide high-quality nursing care to acutely ill patients. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and analytic skills, a BSN, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Sign-on Bonus
0-2 years of experience: $1,500 sign-on bonus
2+ years of experience: $3,750 sign-on bonus
Internal and external New Grads are eligible to receive the sign-on bonus, this does not include internal experienced RN to RN transfers
The Staff Nurse Inpatient reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care to the acutely ill patient through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members, while maintaining ANA standards of professional nursing practice.

Qualifications
Required:
*Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within three years of first day of employment in clinical nurse role.
