Role Overview:

This position is for a Registered Nurse providing patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care; maintain current competency; promote safety; supervise staff; document thoroughly; and contribute to professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Preferably 1+ year of nursing experience, graduate from an accredited nursing program, effective communication skills, current Illinois Nursing license, CPR certification, with ACLS, PALS, or NRP potentially required. Prior psychiatric experience is highly preferred.

Shift & Schedule:

Night shift (7:00 pm-7:30 am), with rotating holidays and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay range of $37.25 - $57.74, with a sign-on bonus based on experience. Benefits include medical options, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, retirement plans, wellness programs, and career advancement opportunities.
