Qualifications
Requires current Pennsylvania RN (or LPN) license and CPR certification.
Must have valid Driver’s License and necessary clearances.
Completion of physical, TB test, and Hepatitis B titer is required.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and conduct daily mental status assessments.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for Personal Recovery Plans.
Maintain oversight of medication administration and assist residents with appointments.
Provide education on medication management and health.
Skills
Current Pennsylvania RN (or LPN) license
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Valid Driver’s License
Experience in Behavioral Health and/or Criminal Justice settings
