Merakey’s Recovery Program on 4th Street in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to lead our nursing team as Nurse Supervisor. You will oversee nursing and medical staff in a behavioral health clinic offering MAT, non-MAT and integrated care, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.

This full-time role (40 hours) pays $36 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits, retirement options, and access to daily pay tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current PA RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Experience in behavioral health setting required.
• Knowledge of medication assisted treatment strongly desired.
• Current CPR certification.
• Phlebotomy proficiency or certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the nursing and medical departments at a behavioral health clinic that provides MMT, MAT, non-MAT and Integrated Care treatment.
• Provide supervision to assigned staff including FT and PRN dispensing nurses and medical assistants.
