Job summary

About the Role:

As an RNA at Stillwater Post-Acute, you support our nursing team with direct patient care, daily living activities, and condition monitoring. You will collaborate with the care team to implement care plans and ensure a supportive, healing environment for patients and their families.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Assistant training program.
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse Assistant (RNA) or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the facility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a post-acute or long-term care setting.
• Additional certifications such as CPR or specialized patient care training.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual language skills relevant to the patient population served.
