CoxHealth Branson is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Step Down/Progressive Care Unit in Branson, MO. This night shift opportunity combines high-acuity patient care with a collaborative team-focused culture.

The role requires an active MO RN license and an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with BSN to be completed within 3 years. Five years of experience and charge nurse exposure are preferred; BLS is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Step Down/Progressive Care is preferred.

Similar to a cardiac/neuro telemetry unit, our nurses provide specialized care while maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4–5, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and exceptional care.
