Job summary

Bay Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing in Dover, DE is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC/MDS) to join our team. The RNAC/MDS Coordinator provides accurate and timely MDS assessments and coordinates the RAI process per Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payor requirements.

The role requires a DE RN license and prior RN MDS Coordinator experience to ensure proper coding and timely completion of MDS with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current and valid DE state RN license.
• Experience holding the title of RN MDS Coordinator.
• RN MDS Coordinator clinical reimbursement management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely MDS assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process per payor requirements.
• Ensure interdisciplinary team completes MDS sections and MDS is coded accurately and timely.
