Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Juvenile Correctional Facility in Arizona. This contract position requires active RN licensure, BLS certification, and a willingness to work 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

or 12:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday variations. You will deliver direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians and behavioral health teams, and educate youth on health topics while maintaining accurate records in a structured

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to pass a strict background check and fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Monitor health status of youth and respond promptly to medical needs or emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and facility staff on care plans.
• Educate youth on health conditions, hygiene, medication adherence, and preventive care.
• Administer wound care, manage chronic conditions, and perform necessary clinical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ADJC policies and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records per facility guidelines.
• Foster a compassionate and structured environment for youth in custody.

Details:

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule: 5 am - 1 pm Sunday-Wednesday or 12 pm - 10 pm Wednesday -Saturday
• Employment Type: Contract
