Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare team at an adult jail in Arizona. The role involves providing essential healthcare services to incarcerated adults within a secure facility.

Location is Phoenix, AZ with a 13-week minimum assignment and a contract employment type. The position calls for an active AZ RN license, BLS, and the ability to pass background checks, including fingerprint clearance. Night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license (in good standing).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in fast-paced environments.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• TB test valid within the last year.
• N95 fit test completed for required masks.
• Ability to pass strict background checks and fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and respond promptly to medical needs or emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and facility staff on care plans.
• Administer wound care, manage chronic conditions, and perform required clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records per facility guidelines.
• Foster a compassionate and structured environment for adults in custody.

Details

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule: 3 nights, 12-hour shifts
• 13 week Minimum Assignment
• Employment Type: Contract

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing)
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a fast-paced environment
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
• Valid TB Test for the last year
• N95 Fit test using one of the following masks: #46867 (small) and #46767 (regular)
• Ability to pass a strict background check and fingerprint clearance
