Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time, noon to 8:30pm shifts with call requirements (including weekends/weekdays). The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care under physician orders and hospital policies.

• Practice in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• Hours: Noon to 8:30pm with call requirements (including wkends/wkdays)

What you will do:

Reporting to a Clinical Manager or designee, the Clinical Nurse utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes. Revises plans of care as indicated.Practices in accordance with physician orders, established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, the Illinois Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and the ANA Code of Ethics.

What you will need:

• Education:
  • Successful completion of an Associate's degree, or BSN from an accredited school of nursing. employment.
• Certification/ License:
  • Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification for basic life support provider through the American Heart Association.
