Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time evening shift (noon–8:30pm) with on-call requirements, including weekends. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care using the nursing process and ensuring plans of care align with physician orders and established policies.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree (or BSN), be licensed to practice in Illinois, and have current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice nursing in Illinois.
• CPR certification for BLS.
• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Revise plans of care as needed.
• Adhere to physician orders and hospital policies and Illinois Nurse Practice Act.

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Hours: Noon to 8:30pm with call requirements (including wkends/wkdays)

What you will do:

Reporting to a Clinical Manager or designee, the Clinical Nurse utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes. Revises plans of care as indicated. Practices in accordance with physician orders, established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, the Illinois Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and the ANA Code of Ethics.

What you will need:

Education:

Successful completion of an Associate's degree, or BSN from an accredited school of nursing. employment.

Certification/ License:

Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.

Current CPR certification for basic life support provider through the American Heart Association.
