Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Naperville for a full-time position. You will render professional nursing care, assess patient needs, plan and evaluate care, and document observations while collaborating with the unit team. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with on-call considerations.

Requires an Associate degree in nursing or higher with BSN within 5 years, Illinois RN licensure, and CPR/BLS. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will do:

Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients' condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients' progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.

What you will need:

Education:

• Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date)

License/Certification:

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
