Job Summary
Provides direct nursing care following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans; records and communicates patient conditions.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary care.
• Follows physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and plans discharge needs.
• May perform physician rounding in inpatient settings.
• Applies evidence-based practices, ensuring age-specific and clinical needs are met.
• Demonstrates professional nursing standards and adheres to ANA Code of Ethics.
• Maintains safety and performs other duties as assigned.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or equivalent.

Experience

• No experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Speech, standing, walking, lifting, sitting, reaching, vision, smell, hearing, bending, and occasional driving.
