Job summary

Paul House & Healthcare Center in Chicago, IL seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care-focused nursing team on a 12-hour day shift. Both full-time and part-time openings are available, with next day pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will guide CNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality resident care. Growth and supportive leadership are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois.
• CPR/BLS Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in SNF/LTC.
• Calm under pressure with attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions.
• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborating with physicians, DON/ADON, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervising CNAs and providing clear guidance.
• Responding promptly to resident needs and changes in condition.
• Supporting families with updates and compassionate communication.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Helping improve processes for resident safety and care quality.

Location: Paul House & Healthcare Center – Chicago, IL
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-Hour Day Shift)
