Job summary

Winston Manor in Chicago, IL is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care-focused team. You will monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, DON/ADON, and other professionals to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

We offer AM/PM/NOC shifts, Next Day Pay, and a supportive leadership structure with ongoing training and growth opportunities. Illinois RN license and CPR/BLS required, 1–2 years of SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois.
• CPR/BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in SNF/LTC.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions
• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborating with physicians, DON/ADON, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervising CNAs and providing clear guidance
• Responding promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
• Supporting families with updates and compassionate communication
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
• Helping improve processes for resident safety and care quality

Shifts Available: AM (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), PM (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM), and NOC (12:00 AM – 8:30 AM) Shifts
