Job summary

Bristol Hospice - Sacramento Llc is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to serve as Warriors of the Night, providing after-hours hospice care and admissions. You will support families during critical moments, coordinate with on-call teams, and ensure timely patient care within the service area.

The role requires RN licensure, flexibility for evenings/nights/weekends, travel within the Bristol Hospice area, and proficiency with basic computer software.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with licensure in good standing.
• Knowledge of hospice concepts and terminally ill patient needs preferred.
• Telephone triage experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform after-hours and weekend visits and admissions as needed.
• Direct calls to RN Supervisor/Manager or Case Manager and address needs per scope of practice.
• Dispatch field staff to patient residences in a timely manner.
